NestONE is an internal business system operated by Nest Nepal for staff of Nest Nepal, Babal Host and NotNorml. This policy explains what personal data it handles about the people who sign in.

Data we collect

• From your Google account at sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
• For each sign-in attempt: the Google name, email address and profile picture used, the time, your IP address and your browser.

How we use it

We use this data only to sign you in, control who can access the system and keep it secure. Data from your Google account is used in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

We use a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. It is stored on servers we control and is shared only with the service providers needed to run the system, or where the law requires it.

Retention

Account data is kept while you have access and for as long as needed afterwards for security and business records.

Your choices

You can ask your administrator to correct your details or remove your access. You can also revoke NestONE's access in your Google account settings.

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
